 About me

Over the last 10 years, digital cameras have completely transformed the world of photography. I grew up in the days of the Brownie box camera, later moving into film photography and black-and-white darkroom processing, followed by the introduction of colour processing — all of which required a very specific set of skills, patience, and technical understanding.Back then, photographers could not instantly view their images. Every shot carried anticipation, and often anxiety, until the film was finally processed and the results revealed. Every frame mattered.

Today, photography has become instant. Images can be reviewed immediately, mistakes deleted, and many camera settings are now controlled automatically by technology. While modern equipment is remarkable, some would say it has taken away part of the challenge — and perhaps some of the magic — that photographers once experienced. But let me tell you a little more about myself.

I have worked in commercial and wedding photography for many years. However, around 15 years ago, wildlife photography became a passion and has since evolved into the main focus of my work.  Capturing wildlife requires patience, timing, technical precision, and a deep appreciation for nature.

From the plains of Africa to the rich wildlife and landscapes of India, every photograph tells a story of the natural world.
